Solicitor recommends joint park authority; board votes to advertise ordinance

After discussion, a supervisor moved to advertise the ordinance as amended; the motion was seconded and the board approved the advertisement by voice vote. The solicitor said he will return with corrected language and the finalized articles at the March meeting, at which the board may take further action.
The advertisement is a procedural step that notifies the public and allows formal public review before any adoption vote.
