Zanea Carpenter administered the oath to Madeline Hettinga following the vote.
The appointment was made under board policy BBC (LEGAL). The board did not indicate any competing nominees during the public meeting, and no public comments were recorded on the appointment during the meeting. The next regular board meeting is scheduled for Aug. 10, 2026 at 7:00 PM.
