Staff reports $12,002.80 account balance, grants nearly processed and January grant round set

Keisha delivered the staff report, saying the commission's checking account balance was "12,000, $2.80" and that the $500 for awards would reduce that total. She outlined an administrative change to bank signers: Sandra will be removed and new signers will be Anthony and David Wolfram.
"The checking account balance is 12,000, $2.80, and that is less the $500 that would the awards cost," Keisha said. She told members that fall grant checks were nearly cut and processing was about 95% complete, and that the next GOS and project support grant round falls the second Tuesday in January.
Keisha said staff will change signature cards with the bank and bring forms to commissioners for signatures as needed; she asked David and Anthony to sign when available. She also noted that Julia Faraci returned to the arts office for seasonal employment in December to help prepare for January programming.
