Land-use and building staff described lingering problems with stored "junk" and vehicles behind the properties and said enforcement remains incomplete. One committee member described driving by at about 2 p.m. and not seeing the five cars-for-sale that are allowed by special exception; however, the committee noted other non-exempt junk vehicles remain and should be enforced. Staff directed that building, fire, and zoning personnel coordinate inspections and report back at the next meeting.
