Presenters said these foundational items make the city easier to market to site selectors and developers.
The Partnership asked council members to prioritize focus areas via an anonymous sticky‑note activity to be collected during the break; council members also requested monthly in‑person updates so the Partnership's work remains transparent and accountable. The presenters agreed to plan for monthly reporting and to return with the draft plan in September.
