The presiding official requested a motion to move into executive session, commissioners voted "aye," and the meeting went into closed session for personnel matters.
The presiding official later announced the commission was out of executive session at 10:48 and stated that "no motions were made, no votes were taken" during the closed session. The executive session was used for applicant review and preceded the appointments taken in open session.
