The Select Board formally swore in William (Willie) Bolton as a select board member during the meeting. Bolton recited the oath of office, pledging allegiance to the United States and to the state of New Hampshire and promising to “faithfully and partially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as select board member until the town election.”
The board presented flowers and thanks to departing member Mary Anne Barnsley for her more than six years of service.
