Council approves two minor edits to land-development regulations for Aug. 3 hearing

Paul Conner, director of planning and zoning, told the council staff identified two minor clarifying edits to Land Development Regulation 26-08 and said the city may make minor changes up to 14 days before a public hearing under state statute. He told councilors the edits do not affect the accessory-dwelling-unit section that is governed separately by state law.
Councilor Andrew moved to approve the two edits for inclusion in the Aug. 3 public hearing packet and to file a copy with the clerk of the planning commission; Councilor Beth seconded the motion, and the council approved it unanimously.
