Chair said the Junction Way bid "did come in 17.4% below what our engineers estimate was, which was $51,000 in savings." The board member who moved the consent placement also invoked the Illinois Municipal Code omnibus procedure during the motion; the chair announced the omnibus adoption passed on roll call with the result recorded as "6 0 3." The ordinance number for the disposal authorization was listed on the agenda as Ordinance No. 25-04 and the disposal list named the 2005 Ford F-650 Super Duty bucket truck, a variable frequency drive for wastewater sludge pumps, and a Miller Bobcat welder/generator.
