Attorney Jim Stevens told trustees he requested the ordinance for a development agreement for a proposed solar farm be added to a future agenda. Stevens also said he had spoken with a consultant, Dave Sidley, who has assisted neighboring communities with business recruitment and that he would ask Sidley for fee and service information related to developing a 62-acre parcel.
The board did not take action on either item at the Sept. 24 meeting; Stevens said he would obtain more information on costs and potential services for trustees to review. No ordinance language, project scope, financial terms, or timetable were recorded in the minutes.
