Engineer Adam Bunge told trustees he had received an email indicating the park owner plans to bring 50 additional mobile homes and asked whether the village would waive setback requirements for two existing units that do not meet current standards.
Trustees expressed concern about whether the village water system has sufficient pressure and capacity to serve that increase. "We are worried about the water system being able to handle that many more homes and have asked for a report showing the information," the minutes record; the board asked the engineer to produce data and to check any HUD requirements for system pressure.
