Neighbors cite parking, wetland and traffic concerns at Haney on‑farm business hearing

One neighbor pointed out that "116 people could come (4 per 29 cars) is too much." Applicant Dwyer Haney responded that he holds a permitted septic system, does not expect routine events that require on‑site sanitation and would rent compliant facilities for larger events; he said he would consider screening plantings and attendance limits to reduce neighborhood impacts.
