Artisan's Kitchen offered a catering discount from $1,200 to $600; Arizona Complete Health agreed to pay $300 and the city to cover $300; NACA will provide breakfast items, and Darren Lamp volunteered to cover drinks. "Artisan's kitchen... is gonna cover lunch... they gave us a huge discount... they're coming down from 1,200 to 600," Rose said.
Commissioners discussed acknowledging dignitaries (mayor and council members) during the program and confirmed roles for setup and recognition. A Tonto Apache code‑talkers' niece will speak about her uncle as part of the program.
