Commissioners also discussed wetland mitigation credit ratios (commonly 2:1 for road projects) and urged legislators to consider 1:1 replacements to reduce costs and speed processes.
The board also discussed membership in a Northern Counties cooperative and agreed to take the membership discussion to the organizational meeting. Commissioners said the networking at AMC yielded practical ideas for local programs and county operations.
