The Marshall County Conservation Board completed the first review of proposed bylaw amendments and approved that first-review motion at its July 13 meeting.
Emily Herring introduced the proposed bylaw changes for the board’s consideration and identified the meeting as the first review. Pam Paone moved to approve the first review of the bylaw amendments; Steve Armstrong seconded. Voting in favor were Nelson, Armstrong, Paone, Deimerly and Naughton. The motion carried, 5–0.
