Duggar also noted increases to postage and ongoing EDP (electronic data processing) needs as the office continues to handle higher transaction volumes after pandemic-era service shifts. "We have the projection on what the unused fees to be returned to the county will be ... about a 110,000 this year," Duggar said. Commissioners commended office improvements that reduced wait times and noted the office’s internal tracking of service volumes could be used to inform future planning.
