Commissioners discussed diesel vs. gasoline configurations; one commissioner said diesel makes more sense for longevity. The board reached consensus to increase the county’s Spay Baker match from $5,000 to $7,000 to take advantage of volunteer matching funds. "If we move it to 6, we've already got somebody that's matching that $1,000," a commissioner said; another added, "So we are on a consensus to raise that to $7,000 then." Staff will obtain final vendor pricing and present the firm capital numbers for the adopted budget.
