"The first donation is from Grama Township. It's in the amount of $1,000, and to be designated to the dive team," Troy said when introducing the first item. The donations were recorded by resolution numbers mentioned in the meeting (referred to in the proceedings as resolution 26‑58 and 26‑59) and approved on the floor by a roll‑call vote.
