The Haskell County commissioners reviewed and signed monthly reports for the assessor, county clerk, court clerk, election board, health department, sheriff and treasurer; the board moved, seconded and approved the package of reports. A separate purchase order was approved: a $500 PO to INB Napa for District 2 was moved, seconded and recorded as passed.
The clerk also presented appropriation transfers and a DA reimbursement; discussion noted a payroll/pay-code correction for an employee who had quit in late 2024 but worked partially in December and that a PO would be issued to cover part of the reimbursement. The board approved appropriation transfers and payment motions as presented.
