Robertson County commissioners voted to approve Resolution 032326021 on March 23, 2026, a request by ACS Home Builders on behalf of Donna Saad to rezone 3.69 acres of a 6.65-acre parcel at 3509 Pinson School Road from AG-2 to RP-80. Planning staff read the resolution and noted the planning commission recommended approval 8–0 with caveats about the traffic assessment.
Planning staff explained that the initial traffic assessment completed for the applicant was reviewed by the county’s traffic engineer, who wanted additional detail but did not recommend denial. "When we sent it to our traffic engineer, he was very thorough, and he had said that there were some things he would have liked to have seen in there," planning staff (Hunter) said, adding that the planning commission did not hold the original consultant’s work against the applicant. After motions and a roll call as announced, the chair declared the resolution passed.
