President says model home at mobile park must meet engineer requirements; water access to Victory Park agreed

Village President Timothy H. Owens reported that owners of a nearby mobile home park want to place a model home on the property without water or electricity hookups, but said the village will require an engineer review before treating it as a permanent structure.
"The model home would need to be reviewed by the engineer to make sure that it meets all the requirements for a permanent structure," Owens said. He added that the mobile home park has agreed to allow access to their water hookups so the village can provide water to Victory Park; the village will be responsible for water‑connection and meter costs and the village attorney, Jim Stevens, will prepare a formal agreement. President Owens also noted that Marty Maggio had agreed to sell or donate land for a pumphouse on Harrisville Road.
