She said the comment was not offensive and was intended as a personal response, but that administrators should verify which account is active before commenting.
Board members reviewed the North Carolina ABC Commission's guidance for social media use and agreed that ABC page content should focus on store announcements, schedules, outages, tastings, allocation releases and other authorized promotional activities; responses to comments should be factual and operational in nature.
