During the RFP review Delia told the committee there are nearly $200,000 in CPA restoration funds available to support Warner's Pond restoration and mitigation work.
"So there's nearly 200,000 in those CPA funds, that are currently available," Delia said. The committee debated whether to include a specific budget figure in the RFP to guide respondents or to treat budget as a consideration in evaluation: Delia said she generally avoids hard caps at the RFP stage because recommendations may require a wide range of implementation costs.
Members asked staff to confirm CPA expiration rules and any timing constraints; Delia said she would check the exact expiration date for the award and confirm how long the funds remain available.
