City adopts business-district grant framework; Triple L Amusement awarded $4,827.50

Separately, the council approved a business district grant application for Triple L Amusement in the amount of $4,827.50 (motion by Commissioner Glenn; seconded by Commissioner Arkebauer). The approval was recorded as unanimous among present members with Commissioners Morris and Stauder absent.
