Kurt Wolf of the Clinton Conservation District asked the commission on June 5 for letters of support for upcoming grant applications for Stony Creek and the Upper Maple River and reminded attendees about a June 11 forestry workshop at the St. Johns Park pavilion.
The commission moved to recommend that Clinton County Parks and Green Space Department provide a letter of support for the Upper Maple River grant. The motion was made by Nicole Fickes, seconded by Jan Motz, and carried. The minutes record the request and the recommendation; no vote tally was recorded.
