Committee members told Acting Manager Brendan Nordahl they had noticed few automated notifications from the airport website and asked what triggers messages to registered users. Nordahl said notifications are currently manually triggered.
J. Buckley asked the CAC to consider outlining events and guidance to set community expectations for automated outreach, and suggested members recommend which types of public events or announcements should be pushed automatically. Lorraine Ramsay offered to hold a workshop to help the group develop and prioritize website improvements.
