Staff noted some doors must be 'plugged up' and that any mural touch-ups may follow masonry work.
The meeting also addressed parking: staff reported removing an old slab and repaving could create roughly 20 additional downtown parking spaces, a change commissioners said would help nearby businesses and community events. Commissioners flagged the need to coordinate any masonry, mural, and courtyard work with future architect recommendations so repairs are not undone by later construction.
