The Village of North Henderson board approved its routine administrative business at the Jan. 9 meeting. Trustee Diane Brown moved to accept the minutes and later moved to accept the treasurer's report; both motions were seconded and carried with the board saying, "All in favor, motion carried."
Treasurer Gary Whitcomb told the board there was a correction to the bills: the holiday house‑decorating contest first‑place winner was Jason Clark, not Tim Stage. Whitcomb explained the reimbursement shown on the bills covered a post‑office rental Clark had paid because it was due before the meeting. Trustee Brown moved to pay the bills with that correction and the motion passed. The board recorded no separate dissent or roll‑call tallies in the minutes.
