Voting yes were Commissioners Morris, Arkebauer and Mayor Goldsmith; Commissioner Glenn abstained and Commissioner Stauder voted no. The motion carried and Ordinance 2125 was approved as presented.
The council did not adopt additional limiting language during the meeting and agreed to let the ordinance stand as approved; the attorney indicated the council could revise the ordinance later if needed.
