"This is just the cleanup process on that to establish a 60 foot right away based on the center line of the existing road," the public‑works presenter said.
A member of the public spoke in support, noting county maintenance ensures continued public access and urging the county to consider similar cleanups elsewhere. After closing public comment, the board approved and signed the order to legalize the portion of Dressel Road; the presentation cited ORS 368.201 and ORS 368.222 and staff noted no fiscal impact for recording the survey.
