Commission sets 2026 work sessions for 9 a.m. after tie-breaking votes

Commissioner Gerald Douglas then moved to set work sessions at 9:00 a.m.; that motion was seconded by Vice-Chairman Timothy Biddle. Commissioners Frost and Hoyte opposed; Chairman Coffey again provided the tie-breaking vote in favor, so the motion carried and work sessions will be scheduled at 9:00 a.m. in 2026. The commission asked staff to publish the adopted calendar and continue to make meeting times accessible to the public.
