The Village of North Henderson trustees opened routine business and unanimously approved the prior meeting minutes after Trustee Diane Brown moved to accept them and Trustee Cheryl Stevens seconded. The board later voted to accept the treasurer's report and to pay bills; however trustees voted to withhold payment to Leahy while seeking clarification about whether Leahy had performed work at the park shelters.
Trustee Diane Brown moved to adjourn and Trustee Cheryl Stevens seconded; the meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m. The clerk and president signed the minutes as Melody Hall, Village Clerk, and Ron Brown, Village President. The next regularly scheduled meeting was announced for April 10, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at Floral Hall.
