Lyman council approves February minutes, treasurer's report and unpaid bills

The Town of Lyman council convened March 10, 2026, and moved quickly through routine business. Mike Swanson moved to accept the February 2026 minutes "as if read aloud," Tammy Buchanan seconded, and the motion carried with all in favor. The treasurer's report, read by Lacy, was accepted after a motion by Mike Couch and second by Tammy Buchanan. The council then voted to pay the current unpaid bills on a motion by Mike Couch, seconded by Tammy Buchanan.
Those votes were unanimous among the five members present (Mayor Eddie Hills, Mike Couch, Mike Swanson, Tammy Buchanan and Lacy Judd); two members (Jeremy Mast and Ron Hodgin) were recorded absent. The meeting record shows motions were made, seconded and carried for each item without recorded dissent. The council adjourned at 8:09 p.m. after a motion to adjourn by Mike Swanson, seconded by Tammy Buchanan.
