Village schedules Clean-up Day and Easter egg hunt; cleanup vendor set at $1,050

Clerk Melody Hall reported Joe from Midwest Waste Harvesters agreed to provide cleanup-day service at the same price as last year: $1,050. Trustees agreed to run Clean-up Day on the first Saturday in June and to use Midwest Waste Harvesters as the vendor.
Trustee Angie Chandlee requested the village hold an Easter egg hunt and to handle organization again; Clerk Hall relayed that Chandlee proposed Saturday, April 12, 2025 with a rain date of April 19. The board approved the event and asked that the morning start time be scheduled a bit later than previous years and that donation requests be publicized early.
