The recording secretary read the recommendation: "Recommend the Community Redevelopment Agency approve Turco Tacos grant application for the maximum award amount of $47,500 for storm mitigation and resiliency measures." The motion to approve was offered by Mr. Doyle and seconded by Mr. Coleman; the chair asked if there were any objections and the item passed by unanimous consent.
Board members praised the program’s practical impact on downtown businesses and asked staff to continue publicizing the rolling grant opportunity.
