Trustees, attorney and chief give routine updates; tree lighting set for Nov. 30

During the Nov. 14 meeting trustees and department heads provided brief updates. Trustee Ruhnke said he is waiting for a response from Hi-Viz on new street-name signs and reminded the public that the village tree-lighting ceremony is scheduled for Nov. 30 at 6 p.m. Trustee Bone said new beach signs are in progress and a memorial bench was installed at the south beach.
Attorney Lisa Waggoner reported that the Greenview property has been paid for and the village is waiting for the deed to be recorded. Chief Danny Rains submitted departmental reports to the board. Trustee Wallace noted the next meeting date of Nov. 18. These items were recorded as communications from trustees, department heads and consultants in the meeting minutes.
