Trustees split on Oct. 22 minutes; Oct. 29 minutes approved

Trustee Wallace moved to approve the Oct. 29 minutes and Trustee Bone seconded; the motion carried with Ayes — Trustees Bone, Wallace, Ruhnke and President Rider; Absent — Trustees Wise and Rourke.
