Trustee Ruhnke moved to approve the warrant, and Trustee Bone seconded. President Chad Rider explained the warrant total includes $11,400 in additional work on a parking-lot paving project; Rider said those extras were authorized under the existing contract. Vote: Ayes — Trustees Bone, Wallace, Ruhnke and President Rider; Absent — Trustees Wise and Rourke. Motion carried.
The approval followed routine review of invoices and was recorded in the meeting minutes. The board did not amend the contract amount at the meeting; Rider described the additional work as contract-authorized extras. The village clerk will include the warrant and supporting invoices in the public record for the next meeting.
