The Oakwood Hills Village Board on Oct. 22 approved a warrant totaling $249,484.84 and accepted financial statements ending Sept. 30, 2024.
Trustee Bone moved and Trustee Rourke seconded approval of the Oct. 22 warrant. President Chad Rider noted that "the invoice for the Parking Lots is included on this warrant." The motion carried with Trustees Bone, Wallace, Wise and Rourke voting aye; Trustee Ruhnke was absent.
Trustee Wise moved and Trustee Rourke seconded acceptance of the financial statements for the period ending Sept. 30. Chief Danny Rains asked that the department's cameras be reclassified "under Capital Outlay category not New Equipment category." The motion to accept the statements carried with the same ayes and one absence.
The board took these actions as part of routine business before addressing public-works and facilities items later in the evening.
