At the Aug. 13 special meeting the Village of Oakwood Hills board approved the warrant dated Aug. 13, 2024 in the amount of $34,629.57. Trustee Wallace asked about an invoice for an Efrain repair on Brittany Road; Clerk Cheryl R. LoSasso said the cost was covered by the Amazon truck insurer and asked the board to review that invoice and items from the Rittenhouse Group prior to payment. The motion to approve the warrant carried with Trustees Ruhnke, Wise, Rourke and Wallace voting aye; Trustee Bone absent.
The board also moved to accept the July 2024 financial statements. Trustee Wallace moved the acceptance and Trustee Rourke seconded; the vote was unanimous among present trustees. No additional discussion on the financial statements was recorded.
