The presenter told commissioners the project was originally approved on Oct. 2, 2023, and that, "pursuant to the permit extension joint resolution of 2023 approved by the general assembly, the vesting period began on 01/01/2024 and will expire on 01/01/2026." The chair entertained a motion to approve the extension; commissioners voted and the motion carried.
