The Planning Commission approved a request to rezone 0.95 acres at Oak Street Extension and Cochran Street in Conway from SF‑20 to MSF‑20 to permit a manufactured home.
Staff presented the proposal and recommended approval. Applicant Clovis Bellinger identified himself for the record and said the surrounding area consists primarily of mobile homes and that he was seeking consistent zoning: "Pretty much the same. All around us is mobile homes, right now. Just looking to add that, zoning to it."
No members of the public spoke against the request. The commission moved, seconded and carried the staff recommendation.
