Councilman Luke Johnson moved to approve a resolution allocating six votes to Robert Haberle and five votes to Jed Morris, for a total of 11 votes; Councilwoman Debra Grimes seconded the motion. The council approved the resolution with the vote recorded as Ayes: 3, Nays: 0 and Abstains: 0.
