Deal said adding a COLA for part-time staff would increase wages by an estimated $30,000–$40,000 on top of existing debt-service pressures.
City Manager Schrage told the board that the city’s salary survey showed park salaries were keeping up with the market and that a COLA was forecast for FY27 in the city's plan for full-time employees. The board did not take a formal vote on personnel policy at the meeting.
