Commission schedules July 30 commitment signing and reviews FY26 closeout

During the July 22 meeting commissioners compared Michele’s commitment draft with the FY26 utility account report and identified differences largely attributable to ownership changes and transfers.
Chair Karen Boudreau said most discrepancies were name or ownership changes; Bernard (Bernie) Boudreau assisted with the line-by-line comparison. The commission set a single-purpose meeting for July 30 at 4 p.m. to sign commitments and asked staff to bring final reconciled documents. Commissioners also reviewed which FY26 articles need to be closed out and returned to the enterprise fund; Chair Boudreau and Chief Golding review the article list each spring and staff will email Erin before June 30.
