Deuel County approves four plats and adopts Resolutions 26-11 through 26-14

Zoning officer Theisen presented four plats to the Deuel County Commissioners. The board voted unanimously to approve the plat titled "PLAT OF MOORE ADDITION" and adopted Resolution 26-11 (motion by Judith Homan, seconded by Steve Rhody).
The commission likewise approved the "Boersma Addition" (Resolution 26-12), the "Brandsrud Second Addition" (Resolution 26-13) and the "Brandsrud Conservation Easement" (Resolution 26-14). The resolutions as printed in the meeting minutes certify that taxes and special assessments have been paid and authorize the county auditor to endorse and certify the plats.
