The council approved the public hearing minutes from April 27, 2026, and approved the May 12, 2026 meeting minutes (vote recorded as Ayes: 3 / Nays: 0 / Abstains: 1, with the minutes noting Councilman Luke Johnson was not present at the May 12 meeting). The May 26, 2026 minutes could not be approved because some members who attended that meeting were not present tonight; Mayor Allen said that item will be approved at the next council meeting. The council also approved adjustments made in May 2026 and adjourned at 7:01 p.m.
