The Town of Lyman Council handled routine business at its April 14 meeting, approving the March 2026 minutes on a motion by Mike Couch, seconded by Tammy Buchanan. Lacy (the treasurer) read the treasurer’s report and the council voted to accept it (motion by Mike Couch, seconded by Tammy Buchanan), and the council approved payment of the current unpaid bills on a motion by Jeremy Mast, seconded by Mike Couch.
