Councilmember Jeremy Mast volunteered to help return the stove on June 12; history committee member Mack Cameron, the clerk and others also volunteered but noted timing constraints. The clerk was asked to email Cathcart a copy of the loan agreement and to coordinate the June 12 return. The council did not record a formal vote on the handling beyond directing staff and volunteers to arrange the return.
