Property vacate requests referred to county counselor for notice and plat review

Two property vacate requests were presented to the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners on April 28. County Counselor Jake Conand was assigned to review plat maps and prepare notices for both requests.
No final action on the vacations was taken at the meeting; both matters were set for counsel review and the preparation of formal notices in accordance with county procedures for property vacations.
